He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Walter and Roberta Parsons; his daughter Zoey Michelle Owens; his great-nephew Eli James Hensley; his father Charles Owens; his stepmother Rhonda Owens of Rockport; his mother Teresa Owens of Belpre, OH.; his children, Alexis Clatterbuck of Vincent, Shawn Owens of Vincent and Brooklyn Beers of Altoona; his siblings, Crystal Platt (Danny) of Washington, WV, Phillip Blair (Mary) of Parkersburg, WV, Michael Owens (Amy) of Belpre, OH and Matthew Owens (Jennifer) of LongBottom, OH; and his grandparents, Charles, Marie Owens of Marietta, OH, William and Barbara Friese of Rockport, WV. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and several lifetime friends.
