It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ramser of Valley City, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Ramser and Dorothy Ramser (Dixon).
