She was predeceased by: her parents, Summers Cooper and Elsie Cooper (Wriston); her husband William, Sr.; her son-in-law Timothy Burgess; her great grandchild Emet Burgess; her stepbrothers, Roy and Donald; and her siblings, Orville, Summer, Jr. and Janet.
She is survived by: her children, William Rankin, Jr. (Tereasa), Trenna Tighe (Jim) and Jeannie Burgess; her grandchildren, Kristen Nemes, Vanessa Finan (Chris), Willy Rankin, Jim Tighe (Becca), Tim Tighe (Maria) and Jeff Burgess (Bailey); her great grandchildren, Haleigh, DJ, Austin, Emma, Andrew, Nicholas, Lydia, Spencer, Grace, Colin, Miriam and Eliza; and her sister Peggy Mason. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
