He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Loretta. He is survived by: his wife Donna L.; his children, Renee L. Zatezalo of Valley City, Nicole F. Brumbaugh (Nick) of Broadview Heights and Nathan N. Zatezalo of Valley City; and his siblings, Brenda Church (Charles) of LaGrange, Greg of Elyria and Jeffrey Zatezalo of Elyria.
