He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Douglass and Hazel Douglass; and his brother Cecil Douglass. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jeremy Douglass (Crystal), Jenny Douglass and Christina Douglass-Gallagher (Matt); his grandchildren, Sierra Clark, Jaron Douglass, Logan Clark, Chase Gallagher, Madison Gallagher and Emma Rose Gallagher; his great grandchild Naomi Clark; and his sister Janette Jakobics (Mike).
