He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Davitt; and his nephew Evan Cerny. He is survived by: his mother Joan Davitt (Bistorky); and his sisters, Lori Dyer (Charles) and Debbie Cerny (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
