He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Weigel (Calta). He is survived by: his children, Steven Weigel (Cindy) and Theresa Scherry (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Martin Weigel, Nicole Lloyd (Steven) and Lindsay Scherry. He is also survived by brother and a sister; and many nieces and nephews.
