He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Pool and Doris Pool (Kramer); his children, Todd Pool and Tamara Scott; and his siblings, Edwin Pool, Alfred Pool, Mary Louise Snyder and Esther Merwine.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Schwilk; his daughter Tonia Kitzler (Bill) of Carey; his grandchildren, Stacy Pool, Teresa Scott (Taylor Price) of Upper Sandusky, Heather Gault (Greg) of Findlay, Katie Simon (Jerry) of Westerville, Zachary Kitzler of Columbus, Brad Kitzler (Brittney) of Marysville, Samantha Gallant of Upper Sandusky and Maria Higgins (Lyle) of Kirby; and his sisters, Carol Bare (Larry) of Upper Sandusky and Ethel Bishop of Madison, Mississippi.. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
