He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rall and Isabell Rall (Vogel); and his siblings, John Rall, Dorothy Tillett and Alice Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Steiner; his children, Valerie Schwenning (Don) of Upper Sandusky, Mitch Rall (Patty) of Upper Sandusky, Tracy Rall (Julie) of Findlay and Derek Rall (Mary) of Upper Sandusky; his grandchildren, Megan Leiva (Oscar), Jill Schwenning, Tyler Schwenning (Beverly), Faith Schwenning, Mike Rall (Kristin), Brittany Gockley (David), Brandon Rall, Jeremy Rall and Sarah Bruce (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Obed, Ezra, Judah Leiva, Sam, Storme Maiorano, Eve Dean, Ethan, Everett Schwenning, Josiah Rall, Leah, Daniel Gockley, Katie and Kendrick Bruce.
It was Rob's wish to donate his body to The Ohio State University for Medical Education and Research. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Wyandot Memorial, or to Reignite Youth Missions at Trinity Evangelical and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
