She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Russell Leeth and Bonnie Leeth Harrah; her son Joshua Allen Martinez; and her brother Darrell Leeth. She is survived by: her boyfriend Gary Nutter of Upper Sandusky; her sons, Eric Leeth of Upper Sandusky, Jesse Martinez (Megan) of Upper Sandusky and Alex Martinez (Kassie) of Tiffin; and her siblings, Regina Nunley (Larry) of Upper Sandusky, Steven Leeth of Upper Sandusky and Richard Leeth (Paula Treadway) of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
