Minor; her children, Timothy Ray (Shannon) of Upper Sandusky and Annette Grafmiller (Matt) of Upper Sandusky; her stepchildren, John Minor of Tiffin and Jessica Minor of Fremont; her grandchildren, Chase Ray (Kaylee), Codie Ray, Bailey Ray and Abby Grafmiller; her great grandchildren, Adrianna and Havana Ray; and her siblings, Dave Forman (Cheryl) of Cambridge, Pam Ferst of Carey, Oscar "Sonny" Forman, Marguerite Craft and Alice Durron. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
