Culver of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Bryster Culver; and his brothers, Robert Edward Culver and George John Culver. He is survived by: his children, Penny Culver of Houston, TX, Rex Culver (Mary Kay) of Sylvania, OH, Gayle Culver of Spring, TX and Judd Culver (Shae); his grandchildren, Olivia (Matt), Nile, Nolan (Jessy), Lars, Leanne, John Joseph, Blake and Ava; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Peyton, Khloe, Kaden, Gwendolyn and Tex.
