She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie C. Maxey and Elizabeth Maxey (Vaughn). She is survived by: her son Dave Musgrove of Oregon; and her close friend Laura Woodard (Stephan) of Upper Sandusky. She is also survived by one nephew and one niece, and many cousins.
