He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Q. Mann and Norma Mann (Tolle); and his stepfather Charles Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Boggs; his children, Tina Coykendall (Rick) of Caledonia and Charles Mann (Kathy) of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Joshua Quinten Mann, Kenneth Coykendall (Kelli), Jamie Dugan (Brad), Ryan Coykendall, Jessica Galaska (Phil), Miranda, Kimberly and Hayden Mann. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
