He is survived by: his children, Steven Billock, Wesley Billock, Cody Lamberjack, Tanis Cooper, Karen Murphy (Mitch), Amber Ballash, Kendra Pelfrey and Elora Cooper; and his sister Ruth Miller of Wharton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
