She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Gibson and Eva L. Gibson (Day); her husband Calvin L. Swartz; her siblings, Richard Gibson and Corinne Newell; and her sister-in-law Cuba Louise Gibson.
She is survived by: her brother F. David Gibson (Shirley); and her brother-in-law Al Newell. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
