She is survived by: her children, Velmer S. Burton, Jr. and Corinna S. Burton; her grandchildren, Levi (Esti), Andy, Amber Ballard and Alexander L. Burton; and her sisters, Janet Propes (Les), Naomi Huff (Bill) and Donna Adams (Steve). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
