Starr (Payne) of Toronto; his children, Adam Starr (Brandi Hedrick) and Shelley Judy (Blake); his siblings, Tim Starr (Beaver) and Becky Foster (Jeff); his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Reynolds (Toni) of Toronto and Maryann Hoobler (Chip) of Irondale, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler of Kelsey, SJ, Mitch, Silvia, Mia, Samuel, Emma, Colt and Carson; and his wife Cindy. He is also survived by many first cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a lot of really great friends.
