She is survived by: her husband Larry Kaszubski; her children, Jeff Kaszubski, Greg Kaszubski (Cindy) and Laurie Crawford (Steve Munson); her sister Diane Partlow; and her grandchildren, Dr. Chelsie Crawford, Christopher Crawford, Nicholas Kaszubski and Kaitlyn Kaszubski.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
