She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Revard (Mike); her siblings, Edwin DelCamp and Linda Poston; and her parents, Clorine Truitt and Parker Baker.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle Snyder (Gary), Mark Revard and Steve Revard; her close friend Tammy Leiter; and her children, Jessica and Devin. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
