She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James, Daisy Young, Walter, Bessie Armstrong and Roosevelt Tatum Sr.; her stepfather Stephen Lance Copeland (PawPaw); her aunt Helen Tatum; and her siblings, Jaime Gibson and Nicole Dixion.
She is survived by: her parents, Bessie Copeland Tatum and Robert Young; her son Kemarr Thompson; her grandsons, De'Quan Tatum Jr. and Rickardo Thompson Jr.; her daughters, Riley, Ra'Nyia and Ariel Thompson; her goddaughter Nyasia Brown; her sisters, Tynesha Barton (Lareese), Jamie Cole, Tiffany Hester, Monique, Cynthia, Janelle Tatum, Genise Mack (Chris), Jamella Tatum, Tamika and Chamika Gipson; her nieces, Tyesha Jones and Taylor Tatum; her close friends, Carlena Carter, Deanyale Waters, Erica Waters-Lowery, Tania Morgan, Tiffany Anderson, Tiffany Mcmorris and Renata; and also, Robert Cole, Byron Young, Kie Hester, Cory Hester and Dominique Tatum.
