She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Izbinski and Agnes Izbinski (Jasinski); her husband Eugene Kubiak; and her siblings, Florian Izbinski, Edwin Izbinski and Martha Czlapinski (Casimer).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Trojnacki (Peter) and Thomas Kubiak (Peggy); her grandson Ian Kubiak (Robyn); her brothers, Richard Izbinski (Josie) and Melvin Izbinski; and her brother-in-law Leo Kubiak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the The Gardens of St. Francis (930 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A rosary will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
