He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Hoskins (Jerry); and his brother Gerald Hoskins Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jantee; his mother Mary Hoskins; his stepchildren, Sean Raan, Lindsey Martin Manes and Ronnie Martin Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Aiden, Lillianna, Alex of Sean Patrick, C. J., Ronnie, Gia, Reegen and Drake; his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Amy, Rachel, Eric and Stephen; and his sister-in-law Jackie Hoskins. He is also survived by Aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Memorial contributions in Patrick's memory may be made to the family.
