She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome J. Kosinski and Florence R. Kosinski (Peska); and her brother Dennis Kosinski. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Ball (David), Robert Calfee (Tracey), Jason Calfee (Yasyuo) and Joel Calfee (Kasey); her former husband Lawrence Calfee; and her sister-in-law Sandra Kosinski. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
