It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda M Swope (Toledo, Ohio), born in Wise, Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl McCoy and Irene McCoy (Hubbard); her husband Floyd Ellsworth Swope; her sister Sheila Hazel; and her stepson Mark Swope.
She is survived by: her children, Nathaniel McCoy (Molly) and Amanda Winkle (Mark); her stepchildren, Brian Swope, Tamara Sauerwein (Tim) and Floyd Swope; her grandchildren, Madeline, Nathaniel Jr. McCoy, Emma, Mason Winkle, Faith, Tim Sauerwein, Seth, Sam and Sierra Swope; her great grandchildren, Maelina, Alice and Arcadia; and her brothers, Ed (Sue) and Dave McCoy (Lori). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
