He was predeceased by: his father Reverend Lester Neyland Sr.; his wife Diane; his mother Virginia Neyland; and his daughter Precious Jean Neyland. He is survived by: his children, Jason Neyland, Leslie Neyland-Brown (Joseph) and Sharhonda Wilson; his sisters, Mary Louise "Lil Mama" Neyland, Lurita Harper and Carolyn Lucas (Jim); his grandson Micah "Kash" Smith; and his close friend Precida Neyland.
