He is survived by: his wife Sienu; his children, Chevelle Garrison of Toledo, OH, Candice Flanagan of Harrisburg, PA, Leon Jr. and Liguori Flanagan of Staten Island, NY; his grandchildren, Taima, Nautica, Tailaya, Alexis, Ayanna Garrison, Autumn Dalrymple, Desiriah and Dallas Samuel; his brothers, Kevin Flanagan and Bryant Dorsey; his parents-in-law, Theresa Affi and Liguori Sebwe; his sister Fannie Ivery; and his great-niece NaKisha Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
