She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Samson and Winifred Samson (Oberhaus); her former husband Raymond Edwards; her husband James Callaway; her granddaughter Alexis Grace; and her son-in-law Mark Katko.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Katko, Dean Edwards (Kim) and Denise Hennan (Eric); her grandchildren, Josh (Jen), Amanda (Ben), Jessica (Tony), Jeremy, Ashley (Tony), Seth (Katie), Jordan (Dakota), Brooklynn, Austin (Maddi), Taylor and Zach (Sarah); and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Judy's name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
