He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Kramer and Elinor V. Devlin; his brothers, Edward Kramer and Hugh Kramer; and his son-in-law Alan Valentine.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Keller; his children, Dan Kramer (Paula), Mike Kramer, Susan Norman (Patrick), Jenny Valentine and Jeff Kramer (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jackie Heilmann (Jake), Kristen Norman (Brian), Dana Easterwood (Jeff), Brittany Horvath (Sam), Nathan Gay (Kathleen), Samantha Kramer (Zac) and Matthew Kramer; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Braelyn, Eden Heilmann, Chloe, Lexie, Trenton, Jenson, Lyndon Easterwood and Sutton Gay; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Kramer Miller and Carol Kramer.
