We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, Jeffrey Ward (Toledo, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola and Thomas; and his siblings, Joyce, Sharon, Lesa, Wayne and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew (Ashley), Kyle (Rebecca) and Hayley (Tyler); his grandchildren, Tyler Jr., Oliver, Alaia and Julia; and his brother Randy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Jeff's honor.
