He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Struble and Ethel Struble; his wife Carol Struble; and his siblings, Don, Margaret, June, Dorothy, Lois, Bob and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Chase and Mike Struble; his grandchildren, Nicole Chase and Travis Chase; his sister Kathy Kwapich (Dale); and his niece Debbie Kwapich (Roger). He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
