We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2024, at the age of 83, Charlotte A. Pharis of Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Willoughby and Ruth Willoughby; and her brother Willliam Willoughby. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Beamer, Connie Hieber (Bill), Donald Hieber and Chris Hieber (Cheryl); and her sister Donna Gentry. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, two great great-granddaughters.

Memorial contributions can be made to East Toledo Senior Center.
