He is survived by: his wife Kimberly LaMar; his children, Justin, Jessica LaMar, Joseph Prout, Jasmine and Bryan Bonnell; his grandchildren, Janyah, Mariah, Jamin, Noah, Rylee, Zoey, Amelie, Annika and Elijah; and his siblings, Jeff, Leigh Miller, Rhonda, Roger Willard, Robin and Walter Myers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital in honor of his late son.
