He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rawlins and Donna Rawlins (Leopard); and his sisters, Betty Miller and Jeanne Hart. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rawlins (Black); his children, Kim Rawlins (Dee) of Tipp City, Jeff Rawlins of Tipp City and Brent Rawlins (Kim) of Tipp City; and his grandchildren, Kevin Rawlins, Chris Rawlins of Tipp City, Amy Colston (Nathan) of Centerville and Jennifer Schoeb (Kenny) of Huber Heights.
