He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Mae Eileene (Hill) and Lionel Willie Daniel Hamlett Sr.; and his brother Lionel Willie "Danny" Hamlett Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tamra Kae Hamlett (Thomas); his children, Autumn Hamlett, Candice Jeffries (Jon), Olivia Gehle (Rian), Carmen Carter (Mike), Charles Hamlett, Darryl Hamlett, Shaquaya Hamlett (Mark) and Andrea Callison; his sisters, Phyllis Hamlett, Claudia Hamlett, Dawn Walker and Pamela Besteder (Simmie); his grandchildren, Sydney Jeffries, Brayden, Ava, Laila Gehle, Taylor, Aleah, Isaiah Carter, Trevon, Amara, Yanis, Andre Hamlett, Johnathan Callison, Jesse and Ethan Benton; his aunts, Liziellen Porter and Regina Hill; and his uncle Reginald Johnson (Kristy). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
