He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Rochester and Anna Rochester (Strausbaugh); his siblings, David Rochester and Mary Pat Rochester; his granddaughter Angela Conner; and his sons-in-law, Ronald Kegley and Claude Riedel.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rochester (Ball) of Tiffin; his children, Richard Jeff Rochester (Stacy) of Collierville, TN, Becky Kegley of Tiffin, Robbi Conner of Tiffin and Shelly Riedel of Tiffin; and his siblings, Marge Conner, Judy Row, Jim Ron, Tom and Joe Rochester. He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United Veterans Council, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Tiffin Art Guild.
