He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; and his parents, Curtis Thomas and Catharine Thomas. He is survived by: his sister Betty Tipton (Glenn) of Akron; his children, Raye Guynn (Kevin) of Mentor, Lynne Whitmore (Paul) of Chesterland and Eric Thomas (Michelle Primm) of Bath; his grandchildren, Sara Ross (Andy), Emily Barlow (Luke), Michael Guynn and Neil Whitmore; and his great grandchildren, Maerin Ross and Judah Barlow.
