With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Ernest Scherer of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on July 4, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scherer and Gertrude Scherer; and his brother Ted. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy"; his children, Rachael Waller (Craig), Leah Hill, Esther Gergon (Jason), Naomi Trowbridge (Luke), Hannah Scherer (Sicong), Elizabeth Scherer, Lydia Scherer and Michael Scherer (Holly); his grandchildren, Joshua, Isaac, Grace, Hope, Olivia, Maximus, Ruth, Selah, Carson, Lindsey and Makenzie; and his siblings, Kathy, Lavinia, Wendy, Robert, John and James. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
