He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Helen "Sue" Sims. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Cochran (Mitch) of Tallmadge, Kenneth Sims (Nora) of Canal Fulton and Thomas Sims (Rhonda) of Tallmadge; his grandchildren, Pamela Hamilton (Whitney) of Columbus, Kenneth, Jr. Sims (Chelsea) of Rochester, Lisa Sims of Canal Fulton, Andrew Cochran (Natalie) of Columbus, Benjamin Cochran of Akron and Christina Anderson (Turner) of Akron; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella Mayfield, Savannah Mayfield, Hunter Mayfield, Mason Mayfield, Audrey Mayfield and Shirley Mayfield.
