It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Edward Wood of Tallmadge, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wood and Ella Perrin. He is survived by: his close friend Vickie; his children, Jay Wood, Barry Wood (Cynthia), Matthew Parsons and Lisa Phillips (Adam); his grandchildren, Ciera, Jenna, Cohen, Gavin, Kayla, Chloe and Carter; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Carter, Juliet and June.
