He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Howell and Agnes Howell (Higbie); and his sister Patricia Stager. He is survived by: his wife Mona; his daughters, Amy Trumbull (Jason) and Kayleen Cunningham (Mike); his grandchildren, Samantha, Megan, Brina, Nicholas and Anyeh; his sisters, Carol Ann Stager (Jerry) and Donna Jean Clayton; and his sister-in-law Pam Rupp (Bresa Heiss).
