It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Farkas of Sullivan, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen Farkas and Anna Farkas (Stimler); his wife Alberta Donnette; his daughters, Terrie Medeiros, Cindy Shook (Richard), Trudy Prostejovsky and Rhonda Garens (Chris); his grandchildren, Ray Shook (Tiffany), Joseph Prostejovsky (Nicole), Joshua Prostejovsky, Channen Quintela (Miguel), Matthew Stuart, Brittany, Jeremiah Garens and Courtney; his great grandchildren, James Richard Shook and Coco Alberta Quintela; his siblings, Doris Burdette, Stephen Farkas (Myrna), James Farkas (Diane) and Russell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Farkas.
