He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Beck and Laura Austin; and also, Garnett Stamm, Lois Stamm, Elsie Custer, Carol Custer, Gene Carlin and Ivyl Carlin.
He is survived by: his parents, Oscar Beck and Mary Beck (Yedica); his spouse Janis Stamm; his daughters, Karen Conti (Carl) of Ridgway, CO and Sue Miller (Lynn) of Stryker; his grandsons, Tyson Herrington of Manitou Beach, MI and Todd Herrington of Stryker; and his siblings, Lois Jackson of Adrian, MI, Dorothy Miller of Fayette, Rollin "Bud" and Tootie Beck of Archbold.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be given to the First Lutheran Church, 701 S. Defiance St., Stryker, OH 43557, or the Springfield Township Fire Department, 20275 St. Rt. 34, Stryker, OH 43557.
