"Butch" McDowall, III (Olga) of Bexley and Wendy Banko (Robert) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Jake Noble (Georgeann) of North Lima, Chelsea McDowall of Grove City, Maleri Noble of Poland and Ian McDowall of Bexley, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Emmett Tucker and Rhett Noble; his sister-in-law Barbara McDowall; his niece Karen Santangelo (Roy); and his great-nephews, Ryan of Palm Harbor, FL. and Scott Santangelo of Palm Harbor, FL.. He is also survived by husband, loving dad, and a proud "Papa" to his grandchildren.
