He is survived by: his mother Ann Kukura (Vrabel); his daughter Kristen Seaver (John); his siblings, Deborah Nestor (Robert), Richard Kukura (Diane) and Pamela Kukura; his nephews, Dr. Richard Kukura, Jr. (Ally), Matthew Kukura (Andrea) and Chad Nestor (Paige); his cousin John Kukura (Colleen); the mother of his child Debra Hartley; and his friend Linda Fedorchak.
