She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Rosenberger and Lugenia Rosenberger (Massie); her husband Edward H. Williams, Sr.; and her brother-in-law Larry Bowling. She is survived by: her children, Patricia J. Demas (Bill) of Struthers, Edward H. Williams Jr. (Kelly) of Columbus, GA and David C. Williams (Susan) of Youngstown; her sister Patricia Jayne (Emmett) of Canfield; her stepsiblings, Wendy Curtin and Paul Barger; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Jayne of Boardman and Joyce Bowling of Berlin Center. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to Christ Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 250 Sexton Street, Struthers, OH 44471 in memory of Shirley.
