He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hines and Virginia Hines; and his brother Jack Hines. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Joanne Hines, Dave Hines (Jen), Karen Guerriero (Steve), Sandy Buckley (Bill) and Nick Conn (Evie); and his brother Kenneth Hines (Lydia). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
