She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hanzely and Mary Sivak Skoloda Hanzely; her husband Phillip J. Constantino; and her brother John Skoloda. She is survived by: her children, Doreen Constantino of Struthers and Frank Constantino (Maria) of Poland; her sister Helen Hoza of Poland; and her sister-in-law Carmel Billock of Struthers. She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
