She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Shook and Katherine Jean Shook; her husband Dale "Ruffy" Wauschek; her daughter Lisa D'Angelo; and her brother Ronald Shook.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Wauschek (Valeri) of Pepper Pike and Scott Wauschek (Denise) of Strongsville; her grandchildren, Michael Wauschek, Megan Neal (Tyler), Robbie Wauschek, Alyssa D'Angelo, Nicholas D'Angelo, Emma Wauschek and Kate Wauschek; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Bentley, Carter, Lola and Avett; her siblings, Sally Jakubovic (Jim) of Poland and Thomas Shook (Kathy) of Canfield; and her son-in-law John D'Angelo (Judy) of Wickliffe.
