She is survived by: her husband Paul R. Harper (Dick); her sons, Shannon S. Birt of Madison, OH and William L. Birt, Jr. of Mt. Gretna, PA; and her grandchildren, Jenna P. Birt of Conneaut and Jackson S. Birt of Conneaut. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
